We offer free US shipping on any order over $75. Most orders are shipped via USPS, however you can select UPS if you prefer.

Orders are typically shipped within one business day and spend 2-5 days in transit.

We ship every day except Sunday.

Returns

This shop is great! Super thoughtful packaging and customer service – I ordered on a holiday and they gave me a note that the package would be delayed slightly and a coupon. The tea made a great gift.

Smooth, aromatic and delicious !

Working my way through the sample pack — each tea is smooth , aromatic and delicious ! Beautiful packaging, too- makes a great gift! I lived in New Zealand for a season and had not heard of Zealong; what a gift to have found their tea here in the States. Highly recommend for the tea amateur and connoisseur alike !

Wow! No Sweetener needed

I bought the sampler box and tried the Black tea this morning. It's the first time I've never had to add sweetener! I get an essence of honey without the sweet taste. It's delish. Can't wait to try all the over flavors

The best ever!

I have never been a hot tea fan…until I had a cup of Zealong tea. I ordered the sampler box to find my”go to”. I quickly learned they are all so different, but equally enjoyable. I plan to start my collection of all!! Zealong tea has a very smooth flavor that ends with a soothing effect on the stomach. I encourage everyone to enjoy a Zealong habit!

Loved these teas.

I bought the sampler teas, and I am working my way through them. So far, I have tried the origins green tea, the pure oolong, the black tea, the zealong chai, and the zealong chamomile. I can't explain how fresh they all taste. I've never tasted any teas like these. I feel like I went and picked these teas myself, that's how fresh they taste. I haven't been able to pick a favorite yet. I would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a high quality, organic , as well as great tasting tea! I can't wait to try the rest of them.
