Zealong’s premium organic Aromatic Oolong tea is is briefly roasted at high temperatures to produce a toasty sweet aroma and taste, with a hint of fruit and flowers. The tender bud and top two leaves are tightly rolled and unfurl to create a golden yellow infusion.
Zealong's hand-picked teas offer a premium flavor and nutrient profile. Certified organic and cultivated in the renowned Waikato region on New Zealand's North Island, the colder environment forces the flavor and nutrients into the newest growth, which Zealong meticulously harvests by hand-picking only the top three leaves. These award-winning teas are free from artificial flavors, oils, or additives.
Available in loose-leaf or tea bags, with the latter made from non-GMO, renewable plant sources, the tea bags are 100% food-safe, non-toxic, and compostable under the right conditions.
Each pack is fully traceable to the date and block it was picked. The state-of-the-art processing facilities adhere to a strict HACCP ISO22000 food safety regime, reducing the risk of contamination and free from harmful chemicals.

We offer free US shipping on any order over $100. Most orders are shipped via USPS, however you can select UPS if you prefer.
Orders are typically shipped within one - two business day and spend 2-5 days in transit (unless there is a special holiday schedule in place).

Really enjoying my aromatic oolong tea. It’s so clean tasting and I love that it’s a clean product. Customer service has been wonderful. I accidentally ordered the pure oolong also, meaning to get the darker one. It was no problem getting that returned and the correct one on its way. I can’t wait to try more varieties of their tea. Just wish there was a cheaper way to sample several kinds. I have too many loose teas I’ve tried from other companies and end up not liking their blends😢

Tea (for me) is the warm, comforting drink that has been with me as long as I can remember. When I was little and sick, my Grandma would make me a cup of tea to soothe my throat and warm my body. I had asthma (and allergies) pretty bad when I was growing up... and always, a cup of tea would calm my breathing and soothe my symptoms. I remember enjoying a cup of oolong at a Chinese restaurant with my family drinking from the 4-ounce clay tea cup, was always the highlight of a trip out, so that Oolong flavor does bring back some fond memories.
When I made my first cup of Zealong Oolong tea, I had great anticipation while steeping the leaves. I wrapped my hands around the warm mug and took the first sip... it was very subtle and seemed almost weak. It was good, but I wasn't sure it was any better than others I had tasted. I'm not sure if it was the brew time or temperature, but two days later, when I tried my second cup, that's what really made me fall in love with this tea. Memories flashing back into the forefront... warm fuzzy tea feelings from my lifetime where tea made me feel calm, soothed, and relaxed. I've had several cups since then, and it has been exceptional. Each cup it seems to taste better and better to me.
I can't tell you if you will have the same experience as I did, but you should give it a try. I'm glad I did, and now I have to order some more. Maybe I will have to try their other Oolong tea for comparison. This tasted a bit like silver needle white tea to me, the subtle flavor and delicate taste is wonderful!
